Driving Change is a nonprofit workforce development organization dedicated to transforming lives through careers in the transportation and logistics industry. We empower individuals from resettlement and high-risk populations, including reentry citizens, veterans, asylum seekers, at-risk youth, by providing accessible supply chain training, CDL training, career readiness, and direct job placement.

 

As a second-chance program rooted in economic justice and human dignity, Driving Change offers more than just technical instruction. We create employer-connected, real-world training experiences that open doors to sustainable employment, long-term financial independence, and pathways to mentorship and entrepreneurship within the logistics sector.

 

By bridging the gap between overlooked talent and workforce demand, Driving Change is building an inclusive and future-ready logistics workforce, one career at a time.
