Within just one year, he secured over $1.4 million in freight, making Paperboie one of the fastest-growing companies in the region. Focused on innovation, efficiency, and strategic partnerships, Lindell is committed to revolutionizing logistics by streamlining freight experiences for clients.
Before launching Paperboie Trucking, Lindell spent 15 years at PepsiCo, where he earned the esteemed Chairman’s Circle of Champions Award for his excellence in sales and innovation. His passion for logistics was ignited in his youth, supporting a friend’s paper route—a moment that would later inspire him to pursue his CDL and launch a company set to become one of the largest minority-owned import/export freight handler on the East Coast. With nationwide expansion on the horizon, Lindell’s impact on the industry continues to grow.

-Steve Talamo, co-founder of Cleve's Logistics, brings a dynamic blend of corporate expertise and entrepreneurial drive to the intermodal/drayage trucking and transportation industry. With 25 years of experience at PepsiCo, where he honed critical skills in supply chain optimization and team leadership, Steve launched Cleve's Logistics in January strategies as a comprehensive carrier and brokerage agent.
Beyond client satisfaction, Steve is a passionate advocate for the logistics inustry. He is dedicated to empowering the next generation of logisticians with the tools and knowledge necessary for success. As an active member of the Broker Carrier Summit, he champions the transformation of carrier-broker relationships, fostering collaboration and efficiency. Furthermore, his involvement with Freight Validates' fraud team underscores his commitment to integrity and transparency, working to combat fraud and ensure ethical practices with the industry.
