2026 CDL Cohort, powered by Driving Change, is designed to prepare participants for successful careers in South Carolina’s high-demand trucking and logistics industry. Through a blend of classroom instruction, behind-the-wheel training, and wraparound workforce services, students gain the skills, confidence, and support needed to earn their Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and secure long-term employment.
